What is the day-to-day work of a CSO leader? How should time be allocated? What kinds of problems, tensions and dilemmas does a leader have to deal with? What does it mean for a CSO leader to be “responsible” and “accountable”? How does an organisation develop culture and values? How do you maintain a good working spirit?
Leaders of environmental CSOs from Poltava, Cherkasy, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kaniv, Kosiv, Berdychiv and Lubny addressed all of these questions during an organisational leadership course (April 12-17, 2016) that was organised under the LINK CSO Organisational Development and Leadership Programme. The event was held in Poltava, Ukraine.
